OK, you have a reader who is after a crime novel, wants a touch of sci-fi and blends it all together with a real tale of daring and mystery. What are you going to reach for? Well worry no longer as this latest offering from Stuart goes to prove that there is something for everyone in most genres. Here you get a great lead character, a whole host of interesting background cast members and of course the obligatory self styled villain. It’s well written, it’s descriptive and the dialogue, which whilst written in a glasweigan dialect is pretty addictive and fitting. Overall the arc is very impressive and leaves this novel as a great starting point for multiple sequels. A great option all in and when you back that up with a female Hannibal Lector you know that you’ve gotten a real treat.
