In life, we tend to take a lot of things for granted, we want things done quickly and we want it ready now, so much so that we a lot of the time we reach for either the fast food menu or a micro meal from one of the supermarkets. After the success of his 30 minute meals, there were some that thought it was a little too complex and produced way too much for what the reader was really after, so now we have the 15 minute meals.

Now this builds on the success of the first and not only does that but also provides calorie counts so that you can work out a but gives you meals ready in minutes that is so quick to do that you really can’t let it go. The food tastes great, gives you options for various seasons and of course will cater to the tastes of all involved. It’s a great addition and at a time of year when we all sit there worrying about what we’re putting in, it’s a great way to make sure that we’re all getting that little bit healthier.
