Hail Mighty Readers and Followers of the Calloused Thumbs,
Our friends at Ubisoft have let us have access to a whole load of Assassins Creed Goodies that we can't wait to share with you. Firstly we have Darby McDevitt (Script Writer) and Raphael Lacoste (Art Director) talking about the varied world of the Caribee in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (out 1st November 2013 for all the usual consoles).
Secondly we get to talk about Assassin's Creed: Pirates, which is an exclusive game for smartphones and tablets, further explore the Caribbean during the Golden Age of piracy as Alonzo Batilia, a young and ambitious captain. Manage your crew, upgrade your ship and engage in huge naval battles to become the most feared pirate of your time and claim La Buse’s legendary treasure.
This title is currently set for release in the Fall of 2013.
Finally we have exciting news for all AC fans who didn't own a PS Vita.
Ubisoft have announced that they're doing an HD version of Assassin's Creed Liberation for the usual consoles. Currently there's not set release date other than soon but hey, with new digitally remastered music, some new levels and of course some gameplay refinements will leave many a fan excited at the chance to play the first female progatonist, Aveline.
More news on this as we get it.
